What a lead-time estimate means

A lead time is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, unless a guarantee is expressly provided in writing. The estimate may depend on supplier stock or production, the chosen configuration, customisation, order approval, freight, local delivery scheduling and site readiness.

Ask when the estimate begins. Depending on the written order terms, it may begin only after payment, final specifications, colour or material choices, and any required drawings or site details have been approved.

Pre-order stages

1. Product confirmation Confirm the exact model, variant, dimensions, finish, functions and included services.
2. Written order review Review price, payment, estimated lead time, delivery, installation, cancellation, return and warranty terms.
3. Production or allocation The supplier produces or allocates the confirmed item where applicable.
4. Freight and local scheduling Transport and a Singapore delivery or installation slot are coordinated.
5. Final delivery Access and site readiness are reconfirmed before the agreed appointment.

What can change the timing

• Changes to size, colour, material, configuration or quantity
• Supplier production or component availability
• Peak periods, public holidays or freight schedules
• Transport, customs or other logistics disruption
• Incomplete site information or access constraints
• Building restrictions or a change to the delivery appointment

If timing is important, explain your required date before ordering and allow a practical buffer. Do not commit to renovation, tenancy, disposal or event dates based only on an estimate.

Changes and cancellations

A change to a confirmed pre-order may affect price and timing and may not be possible after production or allocation has started. Cancellation eligibility, charges and refunds depend on the written terms for the exact order and its current stage. Contact the team promptly if your circumstances change.
