What is included in the whole-house package?

Our 4-room HDB BTO package includes custom wardrobes for all bedrooms, kitchen cabinets, living room TV console and display units, bathroom vanities, and bomb shelter storage solutions. Each piece is measured, designed, manufactured, and installed to fit your specific unit.

How long does the entire process take?

From initial consultation to completion, the process typically takes 4-6 weeks. This includes 1-2 weeks for design confirmation, 2-3 weeks for manufacturing at our Foshan/Malaysia factories, and 3-5 days for delivery and professional installation in Singapore.

What is ENF grade and why does it matter?

ENF (Extremely No Formaldehyde) is the highest environmental standard for wood-based panels, with formaldehyde emission ≤0.025mg/m³. This is significantly stricter than E1 or E0 grades, ensuring the healthiest indoor air quality for your family—especially important in Singapore's climate.

Can I visit the showroom before deciding?

Absolutely! We have a 200sqm showroom in Ubi, Singapore where you can see material samples, hardware options, and full-size display units. We recommend booking an appointment so our designers can understand your needs and show you relevant samples for your 4-room BTO.

Is the quoted price really all-inclusive?

Yes! The S$88 promotional price (doubled from base ¥44 and converted to SGD as requested) covers design consultation, materials, manufacturing, delivery to your HDB, and professional installation. No hidden costs. Final quote depends on specific measurements and customization options chosen.
